The current company was founded in the 1940s by Antonio Zoli and is known as one of the few companies that can offer a wide range of high quality products designed, engineered, and manufactured mainly in house. They were the first company in the world to develop an industrial process to silver solder rifle-shotgun combination and drilling barrels.
