The guns are on the road for the summer and will not return to Massillon until August 19. You can see the full inventory at the three Cardinal shoots in Marengo in June, July, and August. Also, please note that we will be closed in Massillon on July 4 and July 28 thru August 18.
SHOTGUNS:Mail-ordered shotguns must be returned to our facility within ten business days, in the same condition as when originally shipped, for a full refund of purchase price only--shipping will not be reimbursed. Pre-owned shotguns (exluding those that are unfired) may be test fired. Shotguns picked up at our Massillon location: new guns are not returnable (unless received as a gift and we were made aware of the possibility of return at time of purchase). Pre-owned shotguns (excluding those that are unfired) picked up at our Massillon location may be test fired and can be returned within ten days for a full refund.
PRIMERS and POWDER:We do NOT refund or exchange any primers or powders once they have left our Massillon location. (Note: we do not "mail order" any primers or powders; they are pick up only or are delivered by our trucks to dealers and shooting facilities in Ohio and surrounding states.)
AMMUNITION:We do NOT refund any ammunition, but we will exchange full cases only if they have been unopened and packaging is in original condition, within 30 days of purchase.
CLAY TARGETS:We do not refund or exchange any clay targets.
ALL OTHER ITEMS:We will exchange or refund all other regularly stocked items if returned within 60 days. Any close-out priced clothing or other items must be returned within 7 days. Any special ordered/custom items are not returnable.
